food was mostly good. However, the noise insulation in the room was lacking, and I could hear guests in the hallway and above me. This made it harder to relax during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the Deluxe Room King Bed. The pool area was stunning, perfect for romantic evenings. However, a night shuttle would enhance the experience greatly as taxis feel unsafe at night. Dining experience was wonderful except for a salad confusion. Stick to the seafood!

Comfortable room, beautiful pool, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay, and the dining experience was delightful with the best food we had during our time, making it a great base for exploring the area given its proximity to the airport only 17 km away.

The beach was stunning and we loved visiting the nearby volcano. The staff was super friendly and made our stay even better. Just a heads up, it's about 30 minutes from the city center, so plan for travel time. Definitely recommend the breakfast!

Facilities need refurbishment!!! Cleanliness could be improved with cracked tiles and walls!!! Service can be unresponsive at times, and some amenities might be closed without notice, leaving guests in a bind!!!

I had an amazing time at karmairi! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The all-inclusive service was fantastic, with great food options and a large pool to relax by. Plus, the beach area felt private and serene.

The pool area was large with sun loungers and a lively bar. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and eggs made to order.
